Went with my granddaughters yesterday and today. Several of the water features were not working. I was told that some of the cones that cover the broken water jets have been there since last year. My son and daughter in law love their new home and the community that they have become a part of, but they are disappointed that certain features their young daughters love have been out of commission and nothing seems to be moving forward to make repairs. Maybe the HOA can expedite repairs so that the area in question could be enjoyed during the summer months.

A free pool for residents, a small fee for those not local. A basic pool with a small water park attached. 15 minutes of adult swim every hour. Lifeguard on duty. A good pool in general. Just don't forget your entry card.

This place is lots of fun. There is a pool open in the summer that is pretty decent. So is the park located to the right of it. There is also a beautiful pond across the tunnel.

The pool is nice and always has lifeguards. I just wish they didn't charge for guests to come swim with you.

A well maintained neighborhood pool with one swim lane and a sort of water activity feature to the West. Lots of shade, a grill station and a kid pool.
