Athletic country club with a basketball court, pools, Pilates studio, and yoga classes, plus a spa.
Life Time facilities typically maintain specific pool temperatures to accommodate different activities. Lap pools, both indoor and outdoor, are generally kept between 78-82°F (25.5-27.7°C) for optimal swimming. Leisure and recreation pools are usually warmer, ranging from 84-86°F (28.8-30°C). Whirlpools or hot tubs are maintained at a much higher temperature, typically between 100-104°F (37.7-40°C), while cold plunges, where available, are set to a brisk 40-50°F (4.4-10°C).
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this LifeTime location offer a mixed but generally positive perspective. Many members highly praise the exceptional staff, specifically mentioning individuals like Aerie, Caleb, Krissy, Roberta, and Nick for their welcoming attitudes, helpfulness, and expertise in areas from front desk service to fitness instruction and spa treatments. Key amenities frequently highlighted include the year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a diverse range of classes (yoga, cycling, Alpha), a comfortable lounge area for remote work, and a highly-regarded spa offering massages, facials, and nails. The cafe's delicious and nutritious food is also a popular feature. However, several negative points are raised; some members report significant customer service issues, such as unresponsive membership concierge services and dismissive front desk staff, which have led to frustration. Overcrowding, particularly in locker rooms and parking during busy hours, is a recurring complaint. There's also criticism regarding management's handling of price increases, with one instance of a policy breach, and a perceived lack of effort to retain members or improve the overall experience, leading some to question if the premium cost is justified by the service. Minor issues like cleanliness, especially on weekends, are also noted.

I have been a member at this location since July of 2022 and I have zero plans of cancelling my membership anytime soon. I absolutely love all the staff at LifeTime. Every time I walk in I am recognized by the front desk staff and welcomed into the club. The membership experience is unmatched at this location, including everyone working behind the scenes here. (Honorable mention: Aerie at the front desk, Caleb, and Krissy at the spa). I joined because they have a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub that only closes when the temps drop too low or there is a lot of snow in the forecast. Since joining I have discovered that I really enjoy the classes they offer, from yoga to cycling to their versions of classes I have taken at F45 and CrossFit (Alpha). I often will bring my laptop and work remotely in the lounge area. The food in the cafe is delicious, fresh, and nutritious. I have spent way too much on the yummy protein shakes here haha. My favorite new discovery at this location was the spa! They do nails, massages, and facials here! (Pro tip: if you want to visit the club for the day, book a spa appt! You don’t have to be a member). When my mom and brother visited me in Denver recently I treated them to facials and pedicures in the spa. They really enjoyed it. TLDR Pros: Outdoor heated pool and hot tub, great classes, professional membership team, incredible spa! Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, especially on the weekends. Wish there was more parking during busier hours but I will survive.
What to say? Overall, it started off well. I was happy and found value in my personal training sessions. About a year ago, things took a turn for the worse. Front desk staff became increasingly dismissive and rude. This was pointed out to Arianna, along with pictures of the team member involved. She seemed concerned and said she was going to fix it. What changed? Absolutely nothing. Overcrowded locker room. Expect to have to step around and over other members at any given time. Final straw came when Terri, their general manager, broke their own policy about price increases and sent notice of a significant increase less than 30 days from when it was supposed to take effect. Lifetime won’t try to retain you—they won’t try to improve the experience. Their response is “it is what it is, deal with it or get out”. If you’re looking for a top tier gym, Lifetime staff don’t treat you differently than staff at a 24 hour fitness would. Save your hard earned cash.
Great club with all the amenities and classes you could ask for. However it’s the staff that separate this gym from others. Everyone is so nice and attentive. Specifically, Roberta has changed my mindset when it comes to cycling training. Only reason I haven’t cancelled my membership during the summer is cause of her power classes and knowledge when it comes to supplements, nutrition, and recovery. Shes been instrumental in my race training and super grateful that’s she’s at a gym just across the street from me. 🤘
i’ve called and left messages for their membership Concierge four times in three days without a phone call back. I miss the old Cherry Creek Sporting club. This wouldn’t have happened there. Poor customer service. Mr. Millice Would be turning over in his grave to know how to treat past and future customers.
Nick was incredibly helpful. I’m currently living in downtown Denver for a week before moving out of state, but my original location was in Westminster. The drive from downtown to Westminster takes about an hour, and Nick went out of his way to help me stay at this location during my final days here. Because of this great experience, I’m now considering joining Life Time in San Diego once I move!
