I had a great experience with Paradise Pools, especially thanks to Emily at the Greensboro location. She was amazing to work with—friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional over the phone. Emily took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was especially glad to be working with her instead of the Dunn location, as her professionalism really stood out. She truly went above and beyond to help me, including working with me to get my spa delivered at a reasonable rate. The delivery team was also fantastic—very professional and efficient. They handled everything with care and made sure my spa was placed exactly where it needed to go. I purchased an InnovaSpa and can’t wait to try it out! Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Paradise Pools, especially the Greensboro location. Thanks again, Emily!

Paradise pools blew me out of the water (pun intended) w the professionalism and service. Their showroom has many models and the friendly staff will not only walk you through every hottub model on the floor but will answer every single question you can think of. My husband and I came in to just browse and ask questions, and Mason was so knowledgeable and professional we left brand new owners. The store offers everything you need for your either existing spa needs to brand new tub novices. Thank you so much, Paradise. You guys made our spa finding, buying, installing and maintaining hot tub needs a true breeze.

After almost 3 years of debating whether or not to take the plunge and get a pool, we finally decided on an above ground pool. Not only is Paradise Pools the most affordable, they are professional and efficient. We were blessed to have Emily help us and seal the deal with a delivery date and installation company. Who was also a blessing! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to come to our home! Wesley and his guys has our pool up and running and is our new best friend! In spite of weather distractions, he still came out and got it done. It’s very clear that Emily and Wesley have wonderful communication and work ethic. We can’t thank you guys enough! This is my neighborhood pool supply store, and I’m so glad it is! The staff is professional and friendly. (Mason is a wealth of information regarding pool chemistry!) The rest of the family in there are also a pleasure. They test my water and offer a full line of chemicals that are competitively priced. Also, met the owner today; Ray, you’ve done a great job putting Paradise Pools and Spas together!!
