Our stay at Hotel ZaZa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The accommodations were beautiful, stylish, and so comfortable with an amazing view every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our 1 anniversary getaway special. We didn't touch a thing. Vallet packed all of our luggage to the cart and concierge brought them to our room once we checked in. The restaurant and pool on-site was excellent. Was worried about the old school charm but it was interminable with modern amenities. Also loved the coffee station on the floor.

My friend & I recently stayed here for the Beyoncé concert. We were met with valet & bag service upon our arrival, which was extremely nice. The front desk staff were very nice & welcoming. Our room was more than what we had expected as the photos we saw online did it no justice (double with balcony). The room was spacious, had the latest updates, the bathroom was of very decent size. Only thing I'd call out is the need to have modern thermostats instead of the older style. We really liked that the hotel had a restaurant on site & that it was open until 2am. Overall we were both very satisfied with our stay here. We'd highly recommend staying here & we would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to thank the hotel and staff for our amazing breakfast this morning. We have stayed at this location before but decided to pop in for breakfast today. ZaZa exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience the very best. The lox and bagels were the best ever and I personally loved the oatmeal. Thank you so much for making our day. We can't wait to come back.

This hotel never disappoints. Every single time I stay here, it’s just amazing. There’s honestly no other way to put it — this place feels like heaven to me. From the insanely comfortable beds to the top-tier showers, breathtaking views, fully equipped gym, incredible restaurant, and flawless valet service — everything is just on point. I seriously freaking love this place. Can’t wait to come back again.
