Great first time experience at the Webster location! The facility was extremely clean. Every staff member was friendly and patient with us! The activities were safety inspected and well maintained. The indoor pool was fantastic and geared toward family/child enjoyment. The hot tub outside was very relaxing! Typically these kinds of places offer generic low quality food at double price but we were blown away by the restaurant quality delicious foods! I would recommend avoiding the arcade area as it is not a good cost to enjoyment experience. The mini-mart inside had decent prices for quick drinks but sadly only the restaurants offer Dr. Pepper (bring your own for enjoyment in your room). Alcohol drinks were available and delicious. I highly recommend a quick getaway to this location! 10/10 We will be returning. My daughters gave it a 100/100!

First time going to Great Wolf and even though we stayed for a day it was a great stay. Room was extremely clean! The beds were comfortable and overall it was a great night. The water park while small was perfect for my kids and they enjoyed it. We have toddlers so perfect for them. The food was a bit pricey but to me it wasn’t extreme. The restaurant we went to was amazing the food was so good! I would definitely come back again. They had plenty of activities to do and it was just an overall really good experience.

We came to the Webster location for a family members birthday party and everyone really enjoyed it! The kids had a blast and to them it was absolutely no different than Kalahari (all 5 and under). Adults really enjoyed ourselves too! We didn't go in expecting it to be like Kalahari, of course, it's smaller but a great vibe, more than enough activities for kids, and some great slides for adults too! Loved that it wasn't super overwhelming and crowd wasn't bad at all (summer is over so thats probably why) so we got to do some of the bigger slides multiple times! The 2 room suites were very nice too! Really enjoyed being together with family. Didn't purchase the food there as we all brought our own food, which also made our experience enjoyable. Overall a great bang for your buck, they have tons of other free activities for kids going on in the lobby too like movies, bubbles, coloring, wolf ear decorating!

Pros: Overall, nice establishment. Once you arrive you really don’t have to leave for anything, but be willing to pay a hefty “convenience fee”. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had enough space. Indoor and outdoor pools and attractions kept the family busy and had a blast. Cons: $19.00 per night parking that you do not find out about until check in. Refills are not free unless you pay for an additional cup(over priced) All additional packages have to be purchased. There is no package that includes everything.

We always have a great time at Great Wolf Lodge! The kids loved the water park, and the breakfast package is definitely worth it if you’re staying overnight. Dinner at the on-site restaurant wasn’t our favorite, so I’d recommend packing your own food or dining elsewhere. Some of the add-ons inside can feel a little pricey, and the AC in the room was pretty loud, but everything else was wonderful. The service is top tier, and overall it was an excellent stay — 5/5 experience with the family!
