Amazing! Front Desk is prompt. Rooms are clean big and nice. Towels are fluffy. Breakfast is great. Eggs sausage pancakes biscuits yogurt etc. very quiet. Pillows super comfy . THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY A STEAL!

Stayed at Aspen and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, Anna was super efficient and kind. My room was very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

I had a wonderful experience here this past weekend. I received a free upgrade from my original room to a more spacious room. My hotel room was neat and tidied every day. I mention this because I noticed that some hotels arent doing this lately. The staff are friendly and quick to accommodate my requests. I was recommended this hotel by a friend and I'm glad that I came here. Highly recommend.

Sheets were stained at check-in, they promised to change them but ended up giving me another dirty set to change myself. Beds not properly made, trash bags left by bed, insects in the bathroom. See pictures taken after room was cleaned. This seems like a family business and hope this feedback is useful. Staff were always pleasant but the cleanliness is disgusting at best.
