Our first time at the pool since I bought a house here a year ago. Better than I had expected and bigger. Life guards were there and the pool and pool area was clean. Brought my granddaughters from out of town there and they enjoyed it and so did I. Only thing I didn’t like was a few dead bugs and dead beetles in the water from the night before. Pool need to be skimmed before opening. My granddaughters wasn’t too happy about that…but we still had fun. Go Berkshire!

Thought it was a public pool come to find out its only open to its own residents . Beatiful pool from the outside tho but wish it would have said its private on the maps .

Best pool ever! The lifeguards are so nice and always do their job! No matter what they are the most helpful! Thank you for having these lifeguards and keeping the pool so so clean! Great job y’all!

Came to enjoy a day at my neighborhood pool with my sister and nephew this past 2017 pool season (like I have since 2006) and some kid who was a lifeguard or something and whose father supposedly is on the berkshire committee (I only know because he kept interjecting it throughout the conversation as if it mattered or as if we cared) had the audacity to tell us that we could not get in because we lacked an orange plastic pool tag IN SPITE having an updated 2017 sticker on the tag AND having been told PREVIOUSLY by other SENIOR berkshire staff members that as long as dues were paid and that we had a sticker we would be fine. Not to mention we had been coming to the pool all summer with no issues. This kid proceeded to call his inept "supervisor" who further wastes our time by asking the kid what the policies were then reiterating them to us in a matter-of-fact tone. How are you the supervisor when you are essentially being led by your subordinate who is a minor? Laughable. That's not even the good part. We went to the berkshire community/HOA head quarters the days following the incident. Turns out we were right. We SHOULD have in fact have access to the pool regardless of the pool placard tag, as long as the sticker was up to date...as we were told PRIOR. They issued an apology and even gave us some new tags but we were so displeased by the whole situation, we didnt return. Get your stuff together and make sure your staff is on the same page before ostracizing long-time residents. Someone definitely needs to work on communication.
