I've lived here 14 years and the pool and surrounding deck are in bad shape. Reported the unsafe conditions to the HOA (Chapparal Management) several times and they do not care.
Need someone onsite enforcing the rules! One of the rules is no smoking. There’s people smoking there all the time
This community pool sets their own schedule. We're currently at the pool at 1:34pm and the pool is closed; no staff on site or anything. The pool is supposed to open at 1pm. It's very disappointing to be expected to pay HOA fees monthly for amenities that can't be accessible to use.
This pool gets a star because the lifeguards on duty are nice and another star for the pool being clean. It loses three stars because the pool is rather small for such a large neighborhood and the price of HOA, the pool is very basic in comparison to other new neighborhoods and price of the HOA, and lastly, the wasted land and price of HOA. There's more than enough room for an amazing neighborhood "SPOT" for HOA due paying families to be neighborly but most would rather stay home because it's just blah.
Can literally see this pool from the back of my house and they turned me and my children away saying we needed wrist bands then when I called the number she claims my address not listed for a community pool I can walk to in seconds. Like what?! It’s hot as hell and we should be able to swim that’s crazy we live here too!
