What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this pool facility are mixed. Positive feedback highlights it as a good family destination, noting its large size, generally clean and well-maintained facilities, amenities like covered areas and loungers, and the convenience of bringing outside food and drinks. One reviewer specifically praised the numerous lifeguards and their quick response in a rescue situation. However, there are significant criticisms. Lap swimmers found the 50m pool unsuitably hot, reaching 93°F. Cleanliness was a major concern for several visitors, with reports of hair and bugs in the pool, and lifeguards being dismissive when these issues were brought to their attention. Furthermore, one review detailed a negative experience with unorganized swim lessons, including a near-drowning incident that lifeguards reportedly missed, and an unsatisfactory refund process.

Big 50m pool with one lane designed for lap swimming I thought it'd be perfect to get a quick swim in as I'm trying to stay in shape for an upcoming meet. But don't kid yourself there's nothing refreshing about this pool pool temperature was 93°. After swimming about 500 m and feel like I was about to get heat stroke I left. I know other pools that have no problem keeping their temperature at 82 even on the hottest summer days they need to upgrade the pumps and circulation system. If you're reading this and have any fantasies about going here for lap swimming just let that thought go.
Swim lessons were not good. Very unorganized. My son almost drowned and not one of the lifeguards saw it. I had to run to get him from under the water. Asked for a refund of lessons and only gave me half my money back. After being negligent.
Large pool that averages 3ft 6in - 4foot across the entire length except a small section that’s 5foot, great for the family and to just enjoy being in the water, if your a lap swimmer there is a one lane roped off section for that as well, the facility is clean and maintained with covered areas, picnic tables, and loungers in the grass, there is also a concession stand that’s sells ice cream and few small items but I did see others bring in coolers so call to confirm about bringing in outside food, etc , I counted about 10 life guards on duty and even saw a very young girl that couldn’t swim and the life guard was on it so fast he jumped in and pulled her from under the water so let me tell you these guards are on watch here they are serious about safety, over all we will continue to use this facility
Pool is so dirty my grandkids had hair and on there swim suits bugs on the bottom of the pool. Really nasty very disappointing, when I tried to ask about it lifeguards were very dismissive.
Great experience with my family my daughter really love did. The fact you can bring your snacks and drinks is a +.
