What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews offer a mixed perspective on the facilities. Many users praise the cleanliness and well-maintained nature of both the gym and pool, highlighting the convenience of having these amenities within their neighborhood. The exercise room is specifically noted for being available 24/7, well-lit, and equipped with a variety of machines and free weights. Staff are commended for making improvements and keeping facilities clean. One reviewer particularly likes the lifeguards for being strict yet attentive and friendly, making the pool a favorite summer destination. However, one detailed negative review describes a disappointing pool experience where lifeguards allegedly called a 'thunder break' based on a plane sound, not actual thunder, and failed to communicate updates or reopening times to guests. This user also reported unprofessional behavior from lifeguards, such as audibly discussing parties and giggling, and expressed frustration over the removal of popular pool amenities like the diving board, slides, and rock wall.

Disappointing experience today. The lifeguards called a thunder break after hearing a plane overhead. I understand the need to be cautious, but instead of communicating with the guests, they silently changed the reopening time on the sign multiple times without any announcements or updates. Meanwhile, we could hear them talking about a party they were excited for, laughing as they put up the “Closed” sign. When asked about it we were told how to check the weather. Well I DID check MULTIPLE weather sites, closest storm was in Conroe and moving away from us. I waited in the sun for 45 minutes with an 8 year old and 1 year old—never once heard thunder—and now it's been over an hour with no sign of the pool reopening, despite clear skies. When I was growing up, lifeguards were required to inform everyone of any weather delays and would only close the pool if there was an actual storm. Brandie would have never stood for that. People come to the pool to spend time with their families. Its bad enough they took out anything fun from the deep end (divingboard, slides, and now the rockwall), we dont need lifeguards playing depressing songs and audibly giggling hoping to close the pool down.
Very clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff are constantly making improvements and updating the gym with new equipment. It’s very convenient to have a gym in my own neighborhood.
Our subdivisions own pool and gym which not too many people use. Very well kept and clean. Thanks

Super clean! The life guards are strict but super attentive and friendly. One of our favorite places to spend the summer.
