The Cypress location is my favorite because the school is beautiful, the pool is pristine and the attention from the staff is just amazing! Whether you are being greeted, guided through a class, or enjoying family swim, everyone goes out of their way to make the experience memorable for the whole family. The lessons are creative and so much fun, I have watched my little one fall in love with swimming and am very thankful for this important experience - Highly recommend this Goldfish Swim School!

We had a bit of a rocky start when we showed up for Family Swim on Friday, not realizing that advance registration was required. I messaged them ahead of time and was mistakenly told by a call center representative that we could just show up and pay on the day—unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. To make things more complicated, we arrived with another family, only to find out that not only were we unregistered, but they were also closing early that day. Enter Michelle, the manager, who completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly kind and accommodating—she allowed both our families to swim for 30 minutes and didn’t even charge us. It was clearly an inconvenience to her and the staff, but she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Her customer service was truly top tier, and she made us feel welcome even under less-than-ideal circumstances. Because of her kindness and how well she handled the situation, I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back and enrolling my kids in lessons here. Thank you, Michelle!

Highly recommend Goldfish Swim School - Cypress! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They are patient, encouraging and inclusive of our 3 year old autistic son! We are so grateful for this team!

I love this place. It's really nice, clean, and vibrant. I appreciate how attentive the instructors are making sure my kids have fun while leaving and I appreciate the weekly goodies the staff provides for the kids to take home. Overall 20/10 recommend.

Planning to enroll our toddler in a swim school this summer and got interested with Goldfish so we visited the place to get some idea but their staff are not so welcoming and kinda unprofessional. Felt like they didn’t want any customers in this place. So, gotta look somewhere else.
