It’s nice that the neighborhood has a splash pad, but it’s always gross (the ground where the water is starts to turn black- I don’t think it’s professionally cleaned or cleaned for that matter at all) and there’s pretty much little to zero shade.

It would be a lot better if they would remove the tables and chairs (that residents are not allowed to use) so that we can sit in the shade with our own chairs. They are taking up prime space.

Clean and comfortable pool. However it can get crowded during peak seasons and hours. This new needs a second pool or splashed pad to give options to its residents.
