This place is great to walk dogs and also to have a great run recommended 100%. Only thing is make sure you park at the park. That way you wont get towed. Parking is highly enforced and you will get towed.

Lakewood grove in general is great. I really enjoy my neighbors. We look out for each other and that's how it should be. We have access to the pool, catch and release pond (which needs to be restocked), and a tennis court. A simple wave or hi gets a smile every time. Lived here for 3 and a half years and I love it so far.

Clean and friendly neighborhood. It's nice for a walk or a run. Connects to a running trail behind the neighborhood, that has workout tools you can utilize.
