They hardly pay their lifeguards, I've known several colleagues who've started at cents above minimum wage for hot hours in the sun. But hey, after paying over a hundred dollars for training & clothing, maybe you could earn EIGHT dollars an hour after two to three years! This company is really concerned with offering "motivated" people to watch your loved ones. :)

Nice community complex. Playground for the kids and tennis for the adults. The pool is open in the summer and usually has a lifeguard. There's also a nice field for playing soccer or just running around... But watch out for fire ants!
