Great area with this hotel being in midtown by the Galleria; you have practically every shopping spot you can imagine in walking distance, which let me tell you is quite pleasant. They have pretty nice and spacious rooms with a lot of things you need to live..(microwave, oven, stove, ect.), the rooms have definitely been smoked in, even the ones that have signs that say "Non-Smoking". & I'm a smoker, but I prefer not to smoke inside of my living quarters, or places that I am staying or living. There are a lot of people that go in and out, in and out, which can be annoying some nights, but I guess it isn't terrible. Also, I know that they renovated one side of the place, now let's renovate what I'm guessing is the original side, to get it up to par please!! Overall though it was nice. It is a 3 star hotel but I will give it a 4. Sorry for the original 3 star rating.

Wonderful place to stay! It was nice and cozy. The staff was helpful and very friendly! I know I am staying here anytime I visit Houston. Great price too! More than just a "room" it had a kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, pans, silverware, there was also a dining table a living room. It was basically a small apartment, I loved it!

Horrible! Don’t do it! I know the price is cheap BUT don’t do it! Beware. Front lady was nice but everything else was wrong. First room I was given was literally 99 degrees fahrenheit, bed sheets were dirty. Second room was eh. Hard bed, bad view, No accessories, no fridge, no iron, and dirty arm chair. Also the entrance is super creepy and you have to pay for parking! Super creepy elevator and lastly the hallways are extremely HOT!! **Forgot to mention there were roaches in the room. Empty Drug baggies all over the parking floors. Scratchy characters. Left a day early because I couldn’t spend another night here.

We had a room with a very loud noise from the rooftop air conditioning unit, unable to sleep the entire night. To be fair the hotel moved us and cancelled the second night without charge. The place does not feel safe as the locks on our door were broken. Anyone can walk in and out of the premises. The check-in desk was never staffed. Had to call them to get attention. Location is good, but the quality of the room is poor (old and broken furniture, some from ikea)

Hotel is very clearly a renovated parking garage. Floors are painted concrete. Hot water stinks of sulfur, smoke detectors are all dying so I had to sleep through the chirping. If that wasn't bad enough, I woke up this morning to check out and came across a bunch of cigarette butts lining the hallway on my floor. The quality of this hotel is truly abhorrent. Please avoid if possible. The only redeeming factor is the location.
