You should look up my review on Travelocity. This hotel is as bad or worse than the reviews you see here. After only making it as far as the lobby, I elected to move to another hotel at my own cost. Neither the hotel nor Travelocity would make any concession on my reservation. Roaches; no A/C in the lobby; broken A/C units and TVs on the tables in the lounge and restaurant area; no identifying signage at all on the property; overgrown vegetation all over the parking lot; cars up on jack stands in the parking lot. I asked nicely for some refund consideration before I even checked in. They refused. Stay away - I warned you!
Very easy to book over the phone. When I came in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to look at the room before paying. Rooms are very clean and they gave me extra pillows and blankets which a lot of hotels are stingy about. Thank you for the great experience for my kids and I in Houston đ

From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the hotel's standards were far below what was advertised. The photos on the website are completely misleading. What was portrayed as clean and comfortable rooms was far from reality. The towels and sheets were dirty, stained, and clearly had not been changed. Disgustingly, I found dog hair all over the bed and even blood on the sheets. This is a shocking lapse in hygiene and cleanliness. Furthermore, basic amenities like ice and vending machines were non-existent, adding to the inconvenience. The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to relax, and the overall state of the facilities was filthy and neglected. These conditions were so intolerable that I decided to leave just two hours after checking in. The disparity between the online presentation and the actual experience is unacceptable. Travelers deserve honesty and quality, neither of which you will find here. I would never return to this establishment and strongly urge others to reconsider their stay. Save yourself the disappointment and choose somewhere else that values guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
Words can never explain the passion the owners an the workers have at this place.. make u feel like u at home.. wish it came we a free breakfast.. lol an the owner loyal guy about his word.. an dollar lol .. but I respect that me too..
EW. Disgusting. The whole building should be condemned. Avoid at all costs. The pin on Google maps is not the correct location btw. I booked this place through Hotels.com. Seen from the outside, many windows on the building are broken. Inside, the AC is off, thereâs old/broken furniture stacked in the lobby, the elevator is out of service. I think to myself, âwhatever, I just need a place to sleep,â but go to my room, and Iâm horrified. The room smells like urine, worsened by the AC running. There are outlets protruding from the wall. My final straw(s) were several stains on the bedding, pics attached: white sheet, brown stain; blanket, crusty stain. I immediately went downstairs to check out, the employee asked why I was leaving, I blurted out âitâs disgusting,â and they said âhuh, I havenât heard that before.â I am certain this was a lie. Hotels.com did not give me a refund, because OYO denied the request. Thankfully I got an AirBnB, I wouldâve rather slept in my car.
