What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews consistently describe this hotel as a 'disgusting' and 'worst' experience. Common complaints include severe cleanliness issues such as burnt, stained, and urine-stained bed sheets, bed bugs, roaches (both alive and dead), dirty air conditioning units, and general dust and filth. Many guests reported extremely rude and unhelpful staff, a strict no-refund policy, and difficulties with basic services like getting working room keys, clean towels, or room changes. Essential amenities like shampoo, coffee machines, cups, and even advertised breakfast were often missing. Maintenance issues were also prevalent, including elevators only stopping on specific floors, broken room locks, non-functional lights, and a pervasive foul smell in the lobby and hotel. Several guests reported feeling unsafe due to broken door locks and double-booked rooms, leading to strangers entering their rooms. While one review mentioned friendly staff and a cheap price, the overwhelming sentiment is that the hotel is not worth the money and provides an exceptionally poor and unpleasant stay.

Totally disgusting place. Stay away from here at any expense. Elevator only stops at levels 1 and 7. If your room is at any other floor you must use the stairs. Bed sheets are burnt and stained with urine and other unknown stains. Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Bed bugs on the bed. When I called the front desk 2 minutes after walking in I was told we could get no refund or room change. The room looked as if no one has walked in in years. The most discussing hotel I have entered in my life.
I don't know about the other reviews but this was a cheap place to stay and you pay for what you get. The people working here were really nice to me and accomdating. The room was fine but as others said there were some roaches. Just make sure you keep it clean and don't leave any trash out and they won't bother you. I didn't see anymore after I started doing this. Don't leave it for the next day to take care of. I stayed for a week and it only cost me $250 +$50 deposit.
Upon checking in the first thing the lady tells me is there are no refunds that should of told me something there. I get to my room and the keys don’t work. I think I had to go downstairs 4 times before the keys finally worked. The room was terrible the sheets were stained the pillow cases were stained we didn’t get any new towels and we stayed for 6days. I had to go buy my own pillows and blanket and cleaners. The air conditioning unit was filthy like they never cleaned it and the face of the unit kept falling off. There was dust everywhere and I ran across a few roaches. Even some dead ones around the room.
After I checked in I went to my room but the first room door had someone already broke it in the lack was Completely broken. The second room he sent me it wasn’t clean it even dirt was on beds and floor. The third and fourth rooms amenities wasn’t working properly switches not turning on the lights. Inside hotel was smelling funny. I just couldn’t stay in the hotel I couldn’t feel safe and asked if I can cancel the reservation but they charged half of my money. I do not suggest to anybody stay in this hotel not worth it.
This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in, the lobby smells like a mildewy urinal. I was greeted by a woman handing out room keys without gathering information, only to have my room double-booked and strangers opening my door in the middle of the night expecting a clean room only to find me. Not to mention the manager knocking on my door at 1am to gather the information that I should have given at the desk. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion was provided. I got coffee filters and sugar but no machine. Despite its advertisement of a breakfast, none is offered. I don't even get a plastic cup to drink from or a piece of paper with wifi credentials. This is, by far, the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel ever. Don't stay here if you can find anything else.
