I recently visited Plaza Oaks Club for the first time as a guest of a member, and I was pleasantly surprised by its charming atmosphere and facilities. The club recently added a pickleball court, which is a nice touch, though the court itself could use some improvement. The lines are a bit cramped, and it's situated under the trees, which provides great shade but also makes the court feel somewhat crowded. That said, I do appreciate the shade on sunny days! On the other hand, the tennis courts are fantastic! They're incredibly clean and well-maintained, complete with shaded areas for resting and a ball picker, making it a perfect spot for serious tennis players. I was equally impressed by the stunning swimming pool. The water is crystal clear, and it’s obvious that they maintain it frequently. The club also offers foosball tables and other games for children, adding to the family-friendly vibe. Plaza Oaks Pool! Still here!! family used to come here often in mid to late 1970s when we lived in Memorial! I remember the ice cream, 70s music on loudspeakers and Bbq !
