Today our spa became heavenly again thanks to Ryan with Pool Spa Officials. The spa was really a mess. Ryan arrived promptly and explained patiently step by step with photos and text communication how he was proceeding. He performed the most thorough deep cleaning our spa has ever had. I really can’t use enough adjectives to describe Ryan’s quality of work. It was exceptional! He not only drained and cleaned the spa and the old cover but crawled under the spa to check the plumbing and motor. We have never had such incredible service. It went above and beyond anything we have ever encountered before. It was truly amazing. The swim spa looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my friends and neighbors. And I’m looking forward to the continued knowledgeable and professional maintenance service that they will be providing.
