We have been doing business with Snagadeal Pool Services since August 2018. The owner and all of the staff who we have encountered have been great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they are doing as well as answering my questions. They recently did a filter cleaning and I have seen a huge difference in how clean my pool is and overall water flow has improved. Pricing is reasonable for the services that they provide. You will not be disappointed with these guys!

After several years of maintaining our pool myself I realized it was time for some professional advice and service. Based on the positive reviews, I choose snagadeal. Drew and his crew go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Our technician is very courteous and professional. He will take the time to answer any questions you have. Our pool has never looked better. I would recommend Snagadeal.

They are very friendly and for once I am 100% happy with my pool service. Drew has been very attentive to any issues I've had. He maintains the appearance of my pool in excellent condition and always keeps me informed. I feel the service is well worth the money and highly recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed in this company....stay away. We used the service for a few months and they were ok and cheap but they baled on me when I needed them the most. Hurricane Harvey flooded out my pool so I needed help to get it back in service. Drew first told me he would take care of it, then changed his mind when he got short handed and left me to handle it myself. If you are looking for dependable service, I recommend you go elsewhere.

I am disappointed with this service. The price seemed too good to be true and it was. We only had this service for a little over a week. Before they began, we changed or pool filters, partially drained/refilled the pool and balanced the chemicals. Per an analysis by Leslies pools we were at 80%, the copper levels were .01 high and the chlorine was high(we shocked a day before the water was tested). So basically the pool was in good condition. Snagadeal made their initial visit and everything was OK. They wanted to put a floating chlorinator in the pool and I told the manager we would prefer not to use this since we have an automatic tablet filled chlorinator. They accepted and it did not seem like a big deal to not use the floating chlorinator. The pool seemed fine for the first week. On week 2, a day after they cleaned the pool is when things went south. I noticed some algae on the pool and the strainers had a little more debris in them than I would have expected. I did not think much about the debris (leaves, a wrapper, and other small items). BUT I called snagadeal about the algae. The owner almost immediately said he just did not want to clean our pool anymore. He claimed that we refused to do it his way with the floating chlorinator, so it was my fault. He also claimed that because we partially drained our pool before they began that we were hiding a previous algae issue because you do not need to occasionally drain a pool. Part of his claim was that he was upside down and not making any $ on our pool. 1) While we did not want a floating chlorinator, he could have said it was a requirement for his services and/or refused to service our pool. He did not and was not overly insistent, bottom line he accepted the job. 2) Anyone that has ever had a chlorine pool knows that you must partially drain the water periodically to lower the CYA. 3) IF we were having previous algae issue, would I have disclosed all the recent maintenance we did? AND why would the algae take over a week to reappear? 4) While your price is low, I don’t really care if your upside down. You provided a quote, I accepted. As an independent contractor I have a little compassion BUT you messed up. There was no haggling involved. Not to mention that our CYA is sitting at about 75, he claimed this was too low and another possible cause for the algae, I have never heard of this. I have owned several pools and have always been led to believe that between 30-50 is ideal but over 100 and you need to drain/refill. While he did not hesitate to offer and give a full refund, even for the 2 previous visits he left us in a bind. If your looking for a pool service that provides the bare minimum this might be for you use your own judgement.
