B-6cuz it is and has been my home for 13 years come the end of October. It is gated and so far we have been pretty much unscathed in the rash of 'Grab n Dash etc. Have great neighbors. We have our own pool so we can not comment on the community's.

It nice walking trails around 2 ponds. Dogs are able to walk and explore ducks and turtles.
