What are people saying (AI review summary)? The community is generally well-regarded by residents, who appreciate its beauty and hope for improvements in HOA management and the future addition of a community building. The pool area is a notable feature, particularly for toddlers and young children due to its gradual entry and mushroom water feature, and it's typically not overcrowded. However, there are concerns about the lack of a lifeguard on duty at the pool. Other amenities include a small park and a little free library. A suggestion was made to replace basketball hoop nets with more durable metal ones, as they are often missing.

I live here, and this has been my home for many years, we still have improvements to make, getting the right people running the HOA and the right management company, so we are making friends, not enemies, we have a beautiful neighborhood. Hope we can build a community building in the next year.
Cute little area for toddlers and young children. It has a gradual walk-in versus stairs or a ladder. Kids love splashing around it here and they have a big mushroom that pours water down onto them like a shower. They never seem to be too busy and in today’s hot weather that’s a good thing. A friend of mine lives in the neighborhood and we went up there to meet her and swim for a while nobody asked me for identification or a wristband or anything but I am not sure if she told them she was expecting company or not you might wanna check before you go up there to make sure that non-residents are allowed to swim there. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there was no one on duty and there was a whole Lotta kids and that made me nervous they should have a lifeguard there.
Typical pool area. Community should put metal nets on basketball hoops. There's never a net.
A nice community pool with a small park and a little free library
