HOA is very sad……… Fine you about every little thing…… Always telling you what you can and can not do when you’re paying your own mortgage…. I would not recommend no one to move in this neighborhood look elsewhere you can do much better. We will be on rice patties anyone that knows it’s hard to grow grass and they always want to fine you…… Very, very sad do not buy a home in this subdivision

In the neighborhood. Small park but with pool. No complaints but its about to be the end of the school year so I'm sure the kids will be there for the summer. So the piece and quiet will be gone lol.
