had such a great experience at Genesis thanks to Parker! She was amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. Parker went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Customer service like that is rare these days, and she absolutely made my visit a positive one. Huge thank you to Parker for being so wonderful!

Let me start by saying Miss Parker and Alex are more than just valued employees, they are some of your greatest assets to your ward parkway Genesis team. I had a few issues upon arrival with checking in and they both worked diligently to make sure that I was able to get signed in and able to use the facility. I will be recommending this location to any friends who ask which gym to use. Thank you again Alex and Miss Parker for going above and beyond in making my experience an enjoyable one.

First time in the place since the remodel I’ve the years and I must say wow. The service I received at the front counter was nothing like 24 Hr Fitness. I believe her name was Lisa and her coworker Jose. Greeting me with a smile and had full of energy. Gave me a little motivation for my workout for the day and really made me feel like I was back at home and never left. Awesome customer service will def bring me back. Felt like home again and I was right back with family

The employees at this Genesis are by far the best of any gym I’ve been to. Jose, JP and Jordan are always extremely friendly and helpful. Very good people. Jose helped my Mom who is a senior sign up through silver sneakers and she was very happy and thankful as was I.

Love this gym. This gym is where I started my health and wellness “hobby” as it were and always make it a point when I’m on leave/no longer playing Army for a few days, to come back to this gym because it holds a special place in my heart. Jordan and Garret were such a huge help in getting me set up with my pass and made coming back/coming in to do my workouts much more simple. 100% coming back next time I am in town.
