The Spring Hill Aquatic Center is generally well-regarded as a great family outing with nice facilities, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and a perfect size for children. Many reviewers enjoyed their experience, with one user specifically cherishing their first visit with their son and expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are significant concerns raised: several reviewers found the front desk staff to be rude, and a critical safety issue was noted regarding lifeguards, who were perceived as not consistently attentive, particularly in the children's 'kitty zone.' One reviewer also suggested the facility could benefit from being larger to accommodate the number of people who attend.

My momma, brother and I took my son here for the first time in June and we had the best time! Now in growing up in Spring Hill, since I was two, which naturally results in every summer at the pool and having worked at the aquatic center in 2022, I’ve always had a great time here, but nothing beats the experience of taking your own son for the first time! Our time was filled with relaxation, laughs, smiles and sunshine! It’s no glamorous water park like Gardner but in experiencing it with my son, Spring Hill Aquatic Center has my heart! It’s perfectly sized and equipped for him and us and I can’t wait for summertime, next year, so I can come back home from Texas and enjoy the aquatic center with my family! Now if I were to be telling a friend or family member about the aquatic center and were going to add any negatives or warning, I’d mention the lifeguards. I felt they weren’t always aware of or watching the kids at the pool, especially in the kitty zone, which is where we spent most of our time. This can be offsetting because if they aren’t doing their job then someone can be seriously injured and/or die, but aside from taking in that observation and making sure I had an extra attentive eye on my and other kids; overall a great place to be and we can’t wait to go back!!
The front desk staff is really rude they laugh at your pictures you take amongst themselves. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
Very nice facilities! I would go again if my family is in the area.
Nice place! Needs o be little bigger for the amount of people who go there.🫶
Great family outing. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
