Fun place to take my nephew. Reasonable price. They do not open when they say so arrive about 10 minutes late . I’m an Army Veteran is 4 full kitted out security guards needed at a public water park? If so, then why aren’t the city police there to protect instead of a private militia?

This place is a joke. They said open at 12, we got there at 12:10 and there were people lined up waiting. The security guard kept knocking on the front window trying to get someone to answer. Someone finally showed up at 12:30 and opened the window. No apology for how late it was. They started letting people in the pool without having lifeguards at their posts. We went to the locker room and it was disgusting and they had just opened. Chunks of hair, bugs, and trash all in the pool and sidewalks. I attached pics of the trash floating in the lazy river and the barricades they left laying on the stairs after they were open and not closed off anymore.

This pool is the worst pool I have ever been too. I had paid $30 for 5 people and the wave area was broken down, the two slides weren’t working as well. During swimming they close down the pool and tell you get out several times. The life guards or office people didn’t let us know in advance before entering which they should have with how pricey it is. This is what I came for is all the stuff they had and half of the stuff was not even working. The life guards as well do not communicate with everyone correctly as my daughter had swum arm floaters and couldn’t use them one life guard said but all rest of life guards had not said anything. I will not be coming back worst experience!!!!

The two large slides don't work. They don't let you bring any food. Not even anything flavorful, just water. There are four guards at the door checking underwear. They don't sell good food. They should sell tasty food, fried chicken and pizza at least. Bad service.

Been here multiple times. However this time our experience was completely different first of all music is uncensored lol If you are looking forward to using the kid pool .. news flash it might be closed with no heads up or sign to indicate. Also.you will be kicked out the pools while you are in the pool having a good time. Forcing you to use the other pools that are not ment for toddlers/non swiming kids... not the experience my toddlers or I were looking for. Hopefully it was just an off day.
