What are people saying (AI review summary)? This pool receives mixed reviews, often praised as a 'hidden gem' with a nice pool, zero-entry areas, slides, and inflatable obstacle courses that kids generally enjoy. Patrons appreciate the large grassy areas for picnics, beautiful landscaping, ample seating, and a strong lifeguard presence. Some long-time customers commend the overall park services and adult swim options. However, significant negative feedback consistently highlights unfriendly and rude staff and management. Other recurring complaints include concessions being closed (even in mid-season), out-of-order vending machines, and inconsistent cleanliness of bathrooms. For families, strict age/height restrictions for attractions often prevent younger children from participating, leading to frustration and perceived wasted money, compounded by a no-refund policy and issues with family changing rooms being locked early.

Wasted $30 for 5 minutes- youngest who is 6 couldn’t do anything, wasn’t tall enough for the slides, couldn’t do the obstacle because you have to be 7? If you’re a competent swimmer it shouldn’t matter. Refused to give me a refund.
Hidden gem that was not too busy on a final Saturday afternoon before closing September 1st for the season. Kids love the zero entry, big slides and inflatable obstacles course. Great large grassy areas to picnic, beautiful landscaping and lots of seating. Concessions was closed but nice locker/restrooms. Enjoyed our afternoon and will go back!
The pool its self is nice. The staff is another story, they are not nice at all. Unfriendly and rude are the 1st 2 words to come to my mind when I think of them. We went on a partially cloudy day and the ratio of employees to customers was about 1/1. Concessions said closed for the summer and its mid July. Both vending machines were out of order. Bathrooms were gross, I wont be back and I would never recommend, especially at $8 a person.
Terrible management and rude staff. They lock the family changing room and said they do it around 6/615pm after cleaning so people cannot stay in there past 7pm. When asked about it, they were rude and the general manager of the pool is the same. Do NOT come to this pool if you have kids and want to be able to use the family changing room. Go to other pools!
Adult swim, frank ocean/flaming lips on the speakers? So many lifeguards? Yes, all yes. Fantastic pool, it was $16 for 3 non-residents. Repeat customers for decades, excellence in the OP park services
