Valet 10/10, front desk 10/10, towel hut 10/10, poolside food 10/10, (exceptionally delicious and Fresh! Came out VERY Fast!) Only reason not 5 stars, our server could not offer a single smile or kind word (2/10). Was helpful for allergy warnings.

I have been here a few times now and each time has been better and better. The hosts when you check in are always kind and happy to see you. The a security who checks my bag/ID always professional. Waitresses are super attentive and always walking around. Its HOT in the summer and they keep the pool temperature perfect to cool off. The food here is not your average pool food. The ahi tuna poke bowl has been my favorite so far, I've also had the loaded tots and the turkey avocado club and both were delicious. The drinks are well made and refreshing. I LOVE coming here, and I'll keep coming back. Thank you!

After brunch, we walked around the hotel. A young lady welcomed us in to walk around and have look . I love the decor and the pool area! Great job on the design and flo! Thanks to the young lady for inviting us in and being so kind and helpful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will come back to enjoy the day at pool!

Quaint pool with lots of areas to find a chair with shade. Prices of amenities were surprisingly reasonable for a new hotel and holiday weekend. Server, food runner, lifeguard, and host were all cordial and friendly. Drinks and food, no complaints. Bathroom and pool area were clean throughout my time there. Only two complaints were: 1) The music volume was variable once it became the afternoon and the transitions were not smooth, both of which became distracting, and 2) it took 10 minutes to get a band-aid from the lifeguard team. Nevertheless, I would return for another pool day.

If you’re Asian, prepare to be treated like a trespasser. The website and front desk said the pool closes at 10PM. We got there around 9:20, no signs, no warning — just a rude staff named Tiki storming out and interrogating us like we were criminals. No apology, just attitude. He was sarcastic, aggressive, and made us feel unwelcome and racially profiled. Disgusting behavior. We expected hospitality, not hostility.
