What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviewers frequently report issues with staff communication, noting that incorrect information is often given over the phone regarding pool availability, particularly for the kid pool which is consistently stated to not open until Memorial Weekend, leading to visitor disappointment. Admission fees are $5 for adults and $3 for children, with some finding it pricier than other centers offering more amenities. Facilities are noted to have limited shade and a no-tubes policy. The pool can also be very crowded with teams, making it difficult for individual swimmers to enjoy their pace. Despite these concerns, one reviewer praises the pool and its coaches, Justin, Mike, and Daniel.

Outdoor pool for kids. $5 adults, $3 children. No tubes allowed. Limited shade area besides a few tables under umbrellas. No shade for chaise lounges. Pricer than other aquatic centers that offer more like desert breeze.
Wow… need to train staff when answering questions over the phone. Put simply, no, the public outdoor pool area is not open until memorial weekend. However, if you want a pass for 1 outdoor open lane, while schools are practicing, you may utilize such for the $5.00 fee. As a parent and teacher, I found it more than inappropriate to be sitting poolside watching kids and students, who aren’t my own, while trying to catch some vacation sun and fun. When we asked to at least be able to sit in the area, with their paid lifeguard who was watching an action less pool, we were told no. So… “no” is the response over the phone prior to coming that should be said when answering the question if all pools are open to the public today, March 27. And being a former masters swim member on a competitive team, I appreciate the athleticism and lifeguards’ duties, therefore, again, train your staff on what’s available to the public.
I so like this pool also the coach Justin Mike and Daniel is the best
Called to ask if the kid pool was open they said yes. We came with our kids to find that only the lap pool was open (7ft) & the kid pool was not open...if you have kids you could understand their disappointment. We said we were told the kid pool was opened and the girl said the kid pool doesn't open until memorial weekend....so if you have kids just know the kid pool DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL memorial weekend.
It would be nice, not to feel pressured, to get my swim done quickly. It is so busy with teams some times, it is almost worth not coming. However, I enjoy my swims there, when, I get to complete them, at my pace.
