M Pool is the expansive and vibrant pool deck located at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, NV. It features multiple distinct swimming pools, including a large main resort pool and the adult-only DayDream Pool Club, along with hot tubs, private cabanas, daybeds, and poolside food and beverage service. The atmosphere is generally lively, often enhanced by live DJs and events, catering to both families and adults looking for a relaxing or entertaining experience.
The pools at M Pool are generally heated to ensure a comfortable experience for guests, particularly during cooler months. While specific temperatures can vary and are not consistently published, resort pools of this nature typically maintain water temperatures within a pleasant range, often in the low to mid-80s Fahrenheit.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The M Resort pool receives mixed reviews, often praising its beautiful and comfortable environment, ample loungers, and good quality food and drinks with quick service. Staff members, particularly security and some pool servers, are frequently highlighted for their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. However, a prominent theme across multiple recent reviews is a significant decline in value and an increase in pricing. Guests express frustration over the removal of free local entry (now costing $10-$40+), misleading information regarding food and beverage credits for premium seating like halo beds, and an overall feeling that the experience has become overpriced. While service from the pool deck staff and security is generally positive, the front desk/check-in experience is a common point of contention, with reports of unhelpful associates, refusal to honor previously stated credits, and a lack of proactive customer service such as offering menus or towels. Many patrons, especially locals, state they will not return due to the increased costs and perceived lack of value.

Great pool! The staff were very kind and they do check your bags on entry. Food prices are decent but the food is good. Comfortable pool to be in with many loungers. Good crowd too.
Server Lexi was awesome. My issue was with the person who checked me in not her. I was told that there was a $75 charge for the halo bed at checking in and $50 of the $75 was a food and beverage credit. Which sounded similar to what I have paid in previous years. Before I think it was slightly less even. When checking out there was $75 rental fee and no food and beverage credit. When explaining to the manager how the associate checking us in said there was a credit. He replied that they did not say that and won’t be honoring it. Surprised they wouldn’t just honor the mix up. Even just a slight discount and understanding where I’m coming from would have gone a long way. No worries. I won’t be coming back. $200 for 2 people (with one person not drinking alcohol) is just not worth it. Sucks M has become so expensive.
Beautiful pool the star employee was the security he had professional welcoming invite and info. Pool staff was not, two of us went in we ask about $50 dollar F&B spend seating, told them two of us I do not drink and a cabana we couldn’t spend $500 minimum. Told us nothing this was the two at the front. Spoke to the cashier who I was thinking was a supervisor because she stop helping us to scold two that supposed to be behind the counter but was walking around. I mentioned again to them and was told no such thing and where was I getting this info I told them off the website. Still silence, no customer service didn’t even talk about F&B or seating. They just charged me $40 and did not even offer towels I had to ask. This was a Tuesday not very busy. I rather upgrade my seating and get in free and spend money on F&B. Once security was still the star while making rounds check in and make sure we were happy. We don’t say anything because that was not his department. Overall beautiful pool low volume on sound seemed like one side of pool speakers were working. In four hours we had one drink each, again your properties loss I was prepared to sit comfortable order a bucket of water some energy drinks few cocktails for the other and food. Never once shown menu or even offered. Upon closing out I was even instructed to follow server to the bar to get my card and pay. Local and received overall poor expierence.
Deleted my original negative review. Been here 10 times since my last review and everytime the staff has been super nice and the drinks and food come out quick. This is my favorite pool to come to in Las Vegas and I will always recommend it to everyone.
Used to love to come to M Resorts for the free local entry and order food & drinks, they now only offer entry for $10. Came at 2pm and it closes at 5:30pm, so only 2 and a half hours and $30 for me and my mom and sis. That plus the food and beverage just makes it overpriced now, although the service was great so there’s no lack of good customer service (even the pool entry cashier was sorry not to offer any discount and pool server was very nice). Used to love it for the special pool day experience but would now rather just use my apartment pool and save my money. Barely anyone at the pool so I’m sure a lot more locals feel the same :(
