Poolside oasis at Park MGM with 3 pools, 2 bars, and cabanas, plus food and drink service.
The pools at Park MGM are generally heated to a comfortable temperature, ensuring a pleasant swimming experience for guests throughout the year. While specific daily temperatures are not typically published, they are maintained to optimize guest comfort.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pools are generally clean and offer various options, including a lazy river, with plenty of seating like chairs, day beds, and cabanas, often with shade. Service is largely positive, described as friendly and attentive, especially for those with reserved seating. However, there was a specific instance of a rude staff interaction regarding towel disposal, and one complaint about excessively loud music, which contrasts with the typically quiet atmosphere. Poolside food and drink options are decent, with items like the watermelon salad and pita/hummus being highlights, though drinks are noted as expensive. A major drawback for some guests is the early 6 PM closing time for the pools. Booking day beds or reserved seating early is recommended for comfort and better prices, and the smoke-free environment is appreciated.

There are 3 pools and they were all clean. Plenty of chairs to go around. Quiet and relaxing for the most part. Not a pool party atmosphere. Drinks were very expensive. Bartenders were nice. Water was chilly. They closed at 6pm, which was very disappointing after being in work meetings until 5 pm each day.
I had a wonderful experience at Park MGM. Everyone was so kind, and I loved that it is a smoke-free hotel. However, I did have a negative interaction at the pool. When I was heading to the pool, everyone was so nice, they greeted me and told me about the pools, especially when I mentioned it was my first time there. The staff was super kind, although I didn’t get anyone's names. Unfortunately, things took a turn when I was leaving the pool. I was unsure where to put my used towels, so I walked up to the front desk and placed them down there. At that point, a worker, who I couldn't identify by name (the name tag was different from what another staff member had mentioned), addressed me in a raised tone. She was wearing a bright red shirt with black sleeves and had long black hair. She said, “NO, the towels go over there, not here. Thank you. “ in a very rude tone and poor bad attitude. As I turned to throw the towels where they belonged, my husband noticed that she rolled her eyes at me and muttered something under her breath. Other than that my stay was super amazing. I loved how everything was so clean! Everyone was super nice and helpful besides that interaction. i will definitely be coming back! 😊
Been a few times and have always rented a day bed for comfort, highly recommend as they're poolside and shaded. Nice pool areas. Decent drink and food menus poolside with awesome friendly service. Bathrooms close by in pool area and have an area with outdoor showers if you feel the need to rinse. They do have various bars where you can sit in shades to grab a bite if you chose. Worth the visit if your near by!
Book early for best prices on cabanas and reserved pool seating. They have a watermelon salad that just is so amazing in the summer! Also the pita and hummus is quite divine. When you reserve seating they hook you up with a super cool server who will come by throughout your time at the pool! Totally worth it.
Great pool and lazy river, good service. Why the EXTREMELY loud music? It seems as soon as they turned it up to 90 dB half the people left. Really stinks.
