What an amazing pool day at Paris. The service is world class and the views are incredible. The team did not miss a beat from the check in reception team to the our amazing server Autumn. They even brought out complimentary paletas in the middle of day.

Booked a day bed for a couple days at the Paris hotel pool. Server on day 1 was Andrea, and she was and incredible server . Welcomed us with a smile and explained all that they offered. Her drink service was on point. We had snacks and lunch, and she was the bright spot checking in with us all day. Her personality was so warm and friendly we booked the second day in her service section. I would recommend you request her. We ended the afternoon with a bottle service and couldn’t have been more turned up by the time we left , thank you Drea. You made the pool extra for us.

We chose this pool because we were staying at Horseshoe and there's was closed so this was the next closest. It's a smaller pool but that wasn't the issue. The water was WAY too warm! It felt more like bath water. Also, the vibes just weren't there. We're in our late 30s and I felt like this is a spot more for people in their 50s and 60s who like to swim in warm water. The service was great- the check in staff and the waitress were both very professional and attentive but I feel like 3 stars is a fair rating given that the pool should account for the majority of the rating and it really wasn't to my liking at all. Having a view of the Eiffel tower and the strip was nice and our daybed was fine but overall, It wasn't a good fit for us and we would check out another pool on our next trip.

Just spent the most amazing weekend hanging out at the Paris Pool. Our server Valentina was so attentive and full of good energy! She made sure our group was well taken care of and was on it whenever we needed anything. My girls and I also spent some time at the bar and Pauline was the best! She kept us laughing and our drinks were fab.

Had the most amazing time! Our server Taylor was amazing, so sweet, so easy to talk to, we had a great time with her as our server! She got drinks and food out on time and always made sure we were taken care of! The manager Bryton was a delight as well, so helpful, got us all the set up in our cabana, and just like Taylor made sure we were always taken care of! Great pool, great drinks, great food, and amazing staff and management! Definitely coming back soon!
