I joined here a few months back. I go back and forth between Zumba and Silver Sneakers. The instructors Bethany and Verne are amazing. Everybody here is very upbeat and energetic. I'm glad it's close by to me because it gets me out of the house for a few hours.

This place is nice and well kept. They don't have much as far as free weights go. They do have the essential squat rack, bench press and dumbbells. So the savy weight lifter can easily do a lot of different weight exercises even though they don't have the set up already there. They don't get too busy, and it's comfortable to work out there without feeling the eyes of people staring at you and silently judging you. The membership is cheap compared to other gyms, and it's great for my whole family because they have child care included. They offer swimming lessons for my kids, summer activities for when they aren't in school, and different levels of karate classes. It's a fantastic place for everyone and it's safe.

I absolutely love this center!! My daughter attended preschool there for two years and we were members as a family for at least that long. The classes and instructors are great! We have recently moved out of state but I had to leave a great review. I miss this place terribly. It is definitely the best gym in town, with the best quality and the best people working there. Everyone from the pre-school director, to the swim coaches, to the BodyPump instructors (my fav!!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a membership somewhere. I have found nothing so far that compares!! Give them a try!!
