My son who is 5 attended Flip & Dip Summer camp for the 1st time this past summer and we couldn’t have been more happy. He attended the whole summer session and went from being hesitant to put his head under water to swimming next to me the full length of my sister’s pool with no assistance. In our minds swimming is a life skill and worth paying for. The price is very reasonable considering he got a swim lesson 4 days a week and gymnastics free time every day which he loves. He really enjoyed it and we were very happy as well. We will be returning and can’t wait for our youngest to be able to partake when he is old enough.

We started lessons a couple months ago for our daughter who just turned 2 and have had the best experience. The class sizes are small, the instructors are kind and patient, the way they teach and encourage the kids is amazing. Trust the process and you'll find massive improvements in your child’s abilities in no time. Special shout out to Ms. Kelly who has been wonderful in every way. Once you start lessons and see improvements you won’t want to stop. I foresee our kids taking weekly lessons for many years to come.

Considering the financial investment of these swim lessons I was very disappointed with the customer service when we realized the class was not a good fit for our daughter. We had attended lessons here in the past and had a very wonderful experience. Our toddler had moved up to the independent class and after a sudden and unannounced teacher change she was *that kid* crying and screaming, refusing to get into the water. I did not feel the staff provided us with adequate suggestions, alternative solutions, or support for how to proceed. In hindsight I wish I would have requested to try a class before committing.

The kids love having swim lessons here and the staff is fantastic. The new facility is great. We recently had the opportunity to attend a birthday party here and they did a great job. Top notch all around. Update: still fantastic!
