The grandkids had a blast. Best life guards! The life guards interacted with the kids, made them laugh and feel important. It was a grand experience for the grandkids!

I loved this place! Entry is decently cheap ($5.25 a person). The food is great for a quick snack, and the water feels amazing on a hot day. The slides are fun. The pools are big, and there's even a park on the side of the pool!

I took my 5 year old daughter to the Sun prairie aquatic center yesterday for the first time. It was a nice pool, friendly people and very clean. The issue I had is that they have this one really big slide and my daughter wanted to see if she could ride it. I told her I didn't think she was tall enough but we would go over and check the height requirement. Now, I know how tall my child is. She's between 42 and 43 inches. The sign said "must be 36" to ride" and it had a line across. Well, I know for an absolute FACT that their line was way higher than 36" My daughter was shorter than the line on the sign, leading you to believe she is not quite 36". But that's wrong. 100%. If the line on the sign was actually 36", then Ka'Mya was about a foot too short. That's wrong. She is not 2 feet tall 🤣 Unfortunately I didn't have a tape measure with me but I can 1000% guarantee that the sign right outside the slide is absolutely not at 36 in. I hope that someone will take a look at that.

We had a great time there today and only $5.25 each. We will be back. You can bring in drinks and food. They just have one vending machine with soda, water, and Gatorade. Lots of kids and plenty of life guards.

Came here with my non verbal autistic son im a solo parent, he was interested in riding the slide for the first time so I facilitated something with the lifeguards to help me out so one could catch him at the bottom of the slide while I took him to the top and guided him down. He Loves it soo much he wanted to do it again! But by the time I came down I was told by the lifeguard that his manager "Kaitlin" told him he wasn't allowed to do that anymore because they were busy which they weren't there was literally 2 people in front of us on the slide when we went it took an extra couple minutes for one lifegaurd to help that was already standing at the bottom of the slide anyways. My son was devastated 💔 when I had to tell him we wernt allowed to go on the water slide again because the manager said we wernt allowed!!! When I went to go talk to her she said yeah its not a good idea because we're busy...i just walked away last i checked your always busy so I guess u dont care about ur customers or is it just the disabled ones?
