71 France is within walking distance to a grocery store, and several other amazing stores. The property itself looks amazing, with lots of great amenities, and if you happen to see their maintenance tech, Jay, he's always got a smile on his face, and he's great at what he does.

Everything and everyone wonderful except for no designated area for the truck to unload close to the front door. Seems like there ought to be a way to reserve a couple of spots for the day of moving in and move out.

Best apartment i have ever lived in! The experience was awesome. I worked with Julie and Ashley, and both were great and helped me with the move in as well as move out process. I had to move because i left Mn or i would never leave! Great amenities! Walking/biking trail literally out the back door! All shops and groceries are in walking distance! Great place to call home.

I toured 71 France and ended up choosing a different building because of proximity to the office. But I wanted to leave a review because Jill, who gave me the tour, was so amazingly welcoming, and the building and amenities were so beautiful, that I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a high end apartment in the city.
