What are people saying (AI review summary)? This swimming program is highly praised for its friendly, caring, and patient staff and instructors, who are effective in helping children, particularly toddlers and younger kids, learn to swim, thrive, and love the water. Parents appreciate the warm pool environment, small class sizes, and the safety of the smaller pools for young learners. The facility also offers an open building for easy parent viewing and clean changing rooms. While the 'in-pool' experience and instruction are widely considered excellent, a notable point of dissatisfaction for some parents is the strict policy regarding make-up classes (only usable if actively enrolled) and the mandatory 30-day written cancellation notice, which can lead to the loss of prepaid, unused classes.

We love all of the staff so much. The front desk staff know our names and coach Taevinn is the most patient and calm person ever with our two year old. She loves him so much she was not afraid to move up to the class without Mom and Dad!
Our kids enjoyed the class and instructors. It’s important to know as a new parent enrolling 1) make-up classes are only usable if you’re actively enrolled 2) you must give 30 days written notice for cancellation. There are no exceptions to these two rules unless injury. For our family this ends our engagement with ~48 make-up classes between our kids which is about 6 mo of paid, unused time. Disappointing end to an overall good “in pool” experience.
Great place to learn swimming for a kid. The pool and the indoors are kept warm regardless of the season. Instructions are young and very nice to kids.
Babies, toddlers, and younger kids will excel here. Their class sizes are small. You may think the small pool is weird at first but for the younger ones this is not only safer but perfect for those learning to swim. As a parent I appreciate the open building. The glass allows us to watch and keep our other kids away from the water while they're not swimming. The changing rooms are nice. Nothing fancy but tons better then the middle schools in the area. The best part is the flexibility.
The staff are so friendly and the instructors truly care about the progress and success of each student. Our daughter is thriving and loving the water more and more with each lesson. Thank you!
