I go to the Silver Sneakers group exercise class twice a week, led by Tanisha Ranolph. I love it and Tanisha is wonderful. I feel very lucky to have this place and I plan on trying more classes now that I am retired and have time.

This place has defective customer service team. I was billed for a swimming lesson that we never attended. When I told them, I was never in the building for swimming they sent me to the swimming teacher to verify. I made multiple trips to the building in Burnsville to rectify the situation. No one was able to help. Swimming teacher never called me back. The lady at the front desk said she sent email to request to cancel the payment that I'm supposedly owing them. I was so happy that someone in the organization was able to help with this unique situation. Nope, I got a letter from collections. Terrible place. Too big to fail.

We enrolled our grandson in swimming lessons & it's GREAT! He had been extremely fearful of water & after only 3 weeks we're seeing progress. The instructor is EXTREMELY patient with him & I know that he is going to do well. I even decided to join this location to work on "me." A REAL VALUE!

Ive been taking my kids to this YMCA for swimming lessons for the past couple months. I can't describe how amazing it is. The people who work there are so nice and welcoming. I would completely recommend going to this location if you have the chance. Especially the aquatic team.

Great place! We’ve used these facilities for the last few years to host our dodgeball leagues. Everyone is always super nice and helpful!
