Classy, clean fitness center featuring classes, trainers, saunas and an indoor and outdoor pool.
Life Time facilities, including the Eden Prairie location, typically maintain lap pools at 78-82°F (25-28°C) for swimming, leisure pools at 82-86°F (28-30°C) for recreation, and whirlpools/hot tubs at 102-104°F (39-40°C). The club features a variety of indoor and outdoor aquatic options.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility receives high praise for its professional and welcoming staff, comprehensive amenities including excellent workouts, racquet sports, pools, dining, and childcare, as well as its overall cleanliness. A staff member named Kyle was specifically commended for going above and beyond. However, several significant issues were reported, including a shortage of usable basketballs for the price point, consistent unfriendliness from one specific desk staff member, and significant decline in the bar/restaurant service due to poor management, lack of stock (e.g., wines), and a failure to maintain a desired 'country club vibe', leading to customer disappointment and at least one membership being put on hold.

I highly recommend this location. Professional staff and of course gorgeous campus of everything you can think of to give your body an excellent workout...shout out to Kyle! Always willing to go above and beyond to assist guests --a very welcoming atmosphere
Love the place great people everywhere. Love playing basketball but with only 2 useable adult basketballs I’m thinking about buying my own at this point. Chanhassen has about 20 useable basketballs and are supposedly equal level? Dissatisfied for $240 a month
I love LTF. It’s got everything. The very best teachers and workouts, super fun competitive racquet sports, childcare for parents of young kids, leisure -pools and dining and is a decent social club.
Asian guy at the desk last night was EXTREMELY unfriendly, couldn’t understand a word he said over the speaker during close. Everyone else seemed nice but he’s always been crabby and unfriendly when I go.
Love the cleanliness but the last two months or so whoever is running the bar is dropping the ball. Several wines out of stock, the shelves look bare from what I'm used to seeing over the last few years. Hearing the bartenders have to offer substitutes discreetly because they're out of what the other regulars want, if LTF is going for a country club vibe they're failing at this location. Whoever is managing this bar/restaurant is really disappointing all of us. Put my membership on hold, later.
