Family-friendly park with an expansive play area and a beach.
As a splash pad, the facility does not feature traditional pools with regulated temperatures. The water used is municipal water that is sprayed and drains away, meaning its temperature is generally ambient tap water temperature and is not heated or cooled.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. The splash pad and playground areas are generally well-received by some, especially for younger children, with the convenience of a nearby beach. However, some find the splash pad to be a 'trickle' and the playground to have boarded-up slides and outdated mulch. The beach is described as small and sometimes dirty with weeds by some, while others find it nice. A consistent concern is the lack of shady areas. Additionally, strict rules enforced by lifeguards, such as parents needing to be within arm's length of children in shallow water and restrictions on tents, dogs, and sand play, were a significant point of dissatisfaction for some visitors, making the experience unenjoyable despite the amenities.

This is a very small splash pad, it was perfect for my 18.5 month nephew! The playground area is fun too. Not a ton of shady areas so bring hats and lots of spf! There is a little beach kiddy-corner to the play area too.
Great place for kids to play and refresh on splash pad. Beach is kind of small and dirty with weeds, but there's a beach with send to play and 2 playgrounds and splash pad. So can't ask for more.
The SplashPad is merely a trickle. A disappointment. The playground has slides yet 3 are boarded up. The mulch is an outdated feature. Giving kids slivers in the feet. This is a SplashPad and playground. Kids are barefoot. This place has potential. Sadly EP is neglecting this gem.
We were there this past weekend when there was a small carnival and vendors there and we truly enjoyed it
Great facility. Nice beach, splash pad and playground are all close. The rules however make the day unenjoyable. The lifeguards are just doing their job, so not faulting them but the rules they have to enforce are so extreme. My 5 year old was not allowed to walk in the water ankle deep and fill a bucket without me being within arms length. I heard other parents scolded for setting up a tent too close to the water, for brining a dog and for letting kids burry each other in the sand.
