We came here as a family on New Years, 10/10 experience! They set everything up to really cater to families with children. D in the waterpark concession area was amazing, so friendly and for as busy as it was she had a smile on her face the whole time. She even said “I love my job here.” Hope we can make it a yearly tradition to visit thank you!!!

Our stay this year compared to last is going much better. I love that the construction and renovation is completed with their bar and restaurant. Staffing in regards to professional support and kindness has improved. Over all I think management and training of staff and retention has greatly improved as well as quality and cleanliness! Thanks very much for going the extra mile to accommodate our room reservation along with following through on our comp! My kids , wife and I appreciate the gesture and are glad we came back to Maple Grove MN 😊👍

We had the best time here over the weekend for my son's 6th birthday. I had a 3 and 6 year old, the play area was perfect for their age as well as adults. The staff was all professional and the areas were regularly cleaned. Although the hotel was at full capacity, it never felt over crowded. It was relaxing and such a nice stay with cool picture back drops. My fave part was that the hotel was warm outside of the pool and warmer in the stairwell. Every time we stay at a hotel with a pool it's always freezing when you go to your room. The warmth made my littlest actually enjoy swimming. Can't wait to go back! 🥰

Worse experience ever! Pool staff are very rude and racist. Don’t waste your money here. Luckily Lucas the manager is AWARE his staff are racist and rude, and he gave me my money back. ONLY under the agreement that I wouldn’t reach out to corporate again. This is a WHITES ONLY HOTEL! It’s just illegal for them to put a sign up that says it so they make sure you know by how you are treated. Don’t let them fool you with those angles on the pictures. The rooms are tiny, bunk beds were smelly with pee and badly stained 1 star because it is a beautiful establishment and housekeeping were friendly. Hope this helps someone.

We just stayed over the weekend to celebrate end of season for basketball. Things did not go altogether smoothly, but your staff handled it very well. First off, we weren't able to get into our room until after 5:30 because it wasn't ready yet, but your front desk staff were very nice about it, and provided a number of credits and gift certificates as a means to compensate us. Very nicely done! Secondly, we had a banquet room for the kids and adults to be able to eat and hang out together. We had nearly 40 of us in there, but only had 1 waitress who was doing all of the clearing of plates and taking orders by herself (her name was Jennifer). Despite being short staffed, she was fantastic! She remained very fun and friendly, and delivered very good service to our entire group. Breakfast service the next day was excellent as well. This hotel was extremely busy when we were there, but your staff seemed very good, very friendly, and I think handled the chaos very well. Good job!
