So I’ve been coming to this pool for quite some time now and I always enjoy the fact that you can bring your own drinks, cooler, & order food to the place. They have a refrigerator, a ice cream vending machine along with a drink vending machine too, but today of all the years I’ve been going I was just really disappointed and I’ve been feeling this way for some quiet time since this summer started. Not only have they jacked up the price to 35 even for kids over the age of 2, Making it unaffordable for people that are just of working class, but they also are not living up to their expectations as an establishment for the people and a private Residences. Today I noticed a small piece of 💩 floating in the pool appear to be a child’s doings. Either way, it was very disgusting and inappropriate not to mention that their ladies bathroom was filthy & disgusting but also There was no toilet paper, there was no paper towel towels to dry your hands nor soap to even wash your hands, There was piss all over the floor and I just don’t understand how they can charge $35 to get in, but can’t even keep up with the maintenance of the bathroom. They have these young kids who really don’t know much about running a pool or much about maintenance and are probably just summer jobs for these kids it They definitely need New management!

Noise pollution bring a head set not to be forced to listen to music coming from everywhere different genres loud instead of on personal devices like it use to be. Parking now 15.00 if available. The pool is for all the enjoy paying the same rate why there is no longer the rule about music is quite disappointing.

Laundry room is very terrible! There are several broken machines and they will not let you know the condition of the machines, or they don't care about their tenants. You just put coin there and the machines did not work and you also cannot get back your coin. Take both your time and your money! I got the same issue several times, because I think they have fixed the machine problem, but i was wrong, they have never care about that! Hope they will at least affix a notice for the broken machines or even throw them out of the room!!!

I lived there for 15 yrs and although my apt had alot of issues such as kitchen cabinets may have belonged to George Washington and huge bugs,backed up tubs with toilet water...Apparently everyone is rushing to move back there so I hear? Lol Former Super Juan was a butt head,but Victor is a decent guy from what I know.. The area is beautiful.

It could be just our unit in building 16-66 but heating barely exists during winter season when outside temperature is 38F(filed complaint with the NYCDHCR). I am certain it is legal but strong ordor of cigarettes and pots through out the building even in the room. Might want to consider one more time if you have a family with family or about to start one.
