It a clean , friendly place to work out . My personal trainer Michael explains every workout and pushes you to the limit 💪🏻😆😅I would recommend this gym to everyone. Five Stars !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to play to basketball there for the first time today it’s definitely a great , clean & quite place to practice or have pick up games. The only one issue I had was that the “Small court” was too hot! Needs more air pumping through there other than that will recommend to anyone!

I cancelled mine and my daughters memberships in December which was not easy to do being they require you sign paperwork with a manager who was almost never available. It turns out they have been charging me for her account the whole time. I left three messages for a manager and no one ever returned my call, each time I went to the gym they “were in a meeting” When I finally bought this to the managers attention he didn’t seem to concerned and advised me to dispute it with the credit card company. New management and or ownership seems to not really care about their clients. Place is ran by kids and people who are never available. We were planning on renewing our memberships, Needless to say we will be attending another gym.

Great gym, great price. You get a lot for your money. Been here for years and it's well run and well taken care of. Staff is attentive and great people. It would be nice if they allowed day passes for $10, which most gyms allow. $20 is a detterent. Doesn't hurt them and will likely make good money from it.

Five stars gym! Excellent fitness instructors, friendly and helpful management, not overcrowded like LA or other places, clean environment.... most important Happy People all over this gym... by the way before I signed up I checked and have read reviews about many different gyms... conclusion..for me KC in Lyndhurst is The One! My advice - go for 3 day free pass,check out for yourself and enjoy!
