BEWARE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY! SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE! What started as a promising and thorough consultation quickly turned into a complete disaster. We hired Zack and his company to install a simple 12x8 above-ground pool, trusting them to guide us through the process. Instead, Zack dropped off his crew and disappeared. When he did show up, it was clear they were completely lost -- making mistake after mistake. A project that should have taken two days turned into a week-long ordeal of constant corrections, draining and refilling the pool three times, and endless frustration. The first time we put on the pump it was shooting out water. This was just the beginning of an ongoing list of errors. They didn't even have the decency to secure our ladder. The ladder was installed backwards and completely floating in the water. We had to take it out and put it in the right way and fill it with sand to secure it. The liner was full of bumps. The wrong skimmer was installed incorrectly -- twice -- and even installed with missing screws. when my husband called him to tell him screws were missing he came back with them in his pocket. After Zack left from what was supposed to be the final "fix," our pool began shooting out water, leaving us with a total mess AGAIN. We had to make countless trips to the pool supply store & home depot ourselves just to get the right parts and equipment. At one point they were struggling so bad my husband had to go out and help them as they stood back and watched him takeover. Example of this is when they bought the wrong size hoses and my husband helped them drill and make the hole bigger which now is causing us multiple leaks daily and us refilling more water daily. My husband took apart the hoses to try to stop the ongoing leak and there were THREE different connectors that were the wrong sizes and not sealed appropriately because of it. Everything was rigged and done wrong. I can truly go on and on of the errors. Despite our best efforts, we're now left with a completely UNEVEN pool that poses potential structural and safety risks. We gave them every opportunity to make it right, including requesting a partial refund as we put in hundreds of more dollars in supplies and refilling our pool multiple times -- and they refused. We never intended to slander their company but they are greedy, kept every dollar of our money and the least I can do is save someone else from what we are going through. They make you pay upfront, so once the job is botched, you're stuck. They robbed us of $3,200 and when confronted, they lied, deflected, and twisted the story instead of taking accountability. At one point, Zack even sent us a photo taken from far away and at a 0.5x angle -- clearly trying to hide the flaws. He will blame the company for sending wrong pieces and you for ordering wrong parts even though he approved everything. He never shows up when he says he is going to and gives excuses upon excuses. One of his many corrections were done at 10 PM at night with a flashlight which surprise ,surprise caused another leak in the morning. Another pool company saw the poor job they did and was stunned. It has been two weeks since the job has been finished and we are still correcting errors. Today my husband had to redo the skimmer that they never put gaskets on and were causing more leaks. We tried to get them to do the right thing instead they get family members to speak on their behalf. Don't be fooled by their friendly demeanor and pretend knowledge-- this company delivers nothing but stress and ruins any excitement you have about owning a pool. See the photos below for the nightmare we're left with. Im sure he will pull his typical move and twist this all around on how "we delivered a good product at the end". I know the truth and so do they. Shame on them to take advantage of good costumers, I hope noone else falls for what we did. I hope my review can save another family of dealing with the mess we are in.

In short, this is a company that shows very little integrity. I wish I had seen other negative comments earlier to avoid this experience, so I’m posting to alert others. About four months ago, we signed a contract for a $15,000 project to rebuild all the pipes of an in-ground pool, for which I paid a $6,000 deposit. Just before the project was set to begin, I decided not to move forward (the reasons are another story I may leave for a separate review). Zachary initially agreed to refund the deposit, but that’s when the horrible experience started. They first claimed the entire $6,000 deposit had already been spent on “materials,” and that it would take time to recover the money from their supplier. The project itself was mostly labor, and even if every material had been purchased upfront, it would not reasonably exceed $1,000. I was never provided any proof to support their claim. They promised to return the full refund within six weeks. Partial repayments were made, but the schedule kept changing, amounts kept shrinking, and payments were skipped repeatedly with various excuses. Now, 16 weeks later, only about half of the deposit has been repaid.

Lorenzo’s Luxury Laps, led by Zach and supported by Pete and Eric, replaced my torn vinyl liner and installed a new skimmer. They arrived on the scheduled day and worked hard, even in the heat, to complete the liner replacement efficiently. After the pool filled, I noticed a small issue with the skimmer and reached out to them. Although the follow-up wasn’t immediate, they did come the next morning, identified the problem, and replaced the part. They also waited to test everything to make sure it was working correctly before leaving. Overall, I appreciate their effort and willingness to follow through. I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for pool liner replacement and related repairs.

Lorenzo’s Luxury Laps Gave Us GREAT Service!! They Replaced our Pool Liner, Changed our Motor Hoses and a few other extras. They Were Respectful, Kind, and Knowledgeable of what they were doing..They were timely and Very Responsible. I would Recommend Lorenzo’s Luxury Laps to Anyone and Everyone..!! EXCELLENT SERVICE..!!

I was in search of a reliable company to open my pool and am so happy I found them. I was able to set up an appointment right away . They were knowledgeable , respectful and efficient. Answered all my questions and gave me tips on maintaining the pool . They definitely will be my permanent pool service company.
