What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this pool are overwhelmingly negative, highlighting significant issues with management, policies, and operating schedules. Patrons complain about 'dumb and random policies' regarding pool attire (e.g., specific shirt colors, bra types, underwear rules) which are deemed 'over the top.' Operating hours are inconsistent and often shorter than advertised online, with the pool closing much earlier than expected. Staff, particularly one specific gentleman, are described as rude, disrespectful, belittling, and engaging in verbal harassment towards both staff and patrons. There is also widespread frustration over the pool's delayed opening until July 1st, despite ongoing hot weather, when other county pools are already open. Furthermore, there's a lack of information about opening dates, and currently, the pool is closed with no water. While one review initially states 'The pool is nice,' this is immediately overshadowed by severe criticism regarding its operations and management.

The pool is nice but what pissed us off was that there are so many dumb and random policies. And I’m one to follow the rules but this was over the top, u can’t go into the pool with a regular shirt and if u are it has to be white and u can’t wear a regular bra it has to be sport or swim bra if u are going to wear a WHITE shirt for girls. And to my cousins they said u had to get into the pool but without underwear Super wierd and crazy politics. Online it says they close at nine but they close the pool before 5pm that to me is truly crazy and irresponsible. The people managing the place were not only rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I’m not one to write out reviews but this really ticked my nerves especially the some teens and an old woman.
Management needs to change, the gentleman outside sitting needs to learn manners and be considerate. He treats people with disrespect and belittles those who can't speak the language. I'm sure you require your staff to go through some training, but this gentleman needs to go through it again, especially with his verbal harassment of his staff and patrons. Closing the pool whenever he wants and chasing the people away because he wants to go home is unacceptable. I would welcome the city to please look into this matter, to help make this a much more welcoming place, it's been a hot summer and we all just want to enjoy the pool!
It’s supposed to be burning this entire week & they won’t be open until July 1st. North Jersey doesn’t have any close beaches for me to enjoy the water, this is very inconvenient. Where am I supposed to swim ? my bathtub ?! Every pool in other counties are already open for the season, Passaic county genuinely sucks.
Love this pool if it's open on July 1st then people will have to wait until then hop in the shower! 🤷🏻
Its closed and they wouldn't pick up the phone. There's no water in the pool rn. I wish there was some information anywhere about when they open.
