What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Marjorie Post community pool is largely praised for its excellent facilities, often described as superior to a country club. It boasts three distinct pools, including a diving tank, a general swim pool (with depths ranging from 3ft to 11ft), a dedicated baby/kids' splash pool, and a separate adult section. Reviewers consistently highlight the cleanliness of the pools, the friendly and helpful lifeguards, and that it's rarely uncomfortably crowded. The spacious environment and two adjacent parks make it an ideal spot for families. However, several concerns were noted: seating around the kiddie pool is limited. There's a long-standing issue with numerous wasps and bees around seating areas, which patrons claim management has failed to address despite repeated requests. The men's shower area reportedly lacks hot water. Additionally, one family expressed discomfort and offense when asked to identify themselves without a clear explanation, emphasizing the importance of staff providing context for such requests to ensure all paying guests feel comfortable.

Great community pool! There are 3 separate pools. There is a pool for diving, general swim and for kids splashing. There is plenty of seating around the central pool, but the kiddie pool seating is limited, so first come first serve.
It's never uncomfortably crowded and the lifeguards are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and there's a section just for adults which I LOVE. There's a baby pool, a swimming pool (3 ft to idk), and then a diving tank which is 5 feet to 11 feet deep. This is an awesome place for families and kids. There are two parks right outside the pool.
Better then any country club 😎😎😎
Lots of wasps and bees around the table areas and chair areas. A continuous concern yearly for the last 4 years. I’ve been attending Marjorie Post for the last 37 years. This is the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s so simple to take care of if they only got an exterminator which I’ve asked numerous times they claim it is not in their budget. You be the judge. The same can be said about the men’s shower area. is it too much to ask for a little hot water when you take a shower my husband asks.
Its a great pool. We recently discovered this place so i’d say we have been here 2-4 times. I love the space and water. My family loves this place because theres also not a lot of people. My only concern would be the last time i went they asked us to identify ourselves, it would have been fine if they gave an explanation. As a latino this question can be offensive for us especially since its the first time out of the 3 times we have gone , the lady that asked i did not recognize from the other times. Im sure it wasn’t a personal but make sure to give a little explanation. Its important to make people that are paying at entrance comfortable 😊. That’s all.
