The instructors are incredibly patient with the little swimmers. They encourage and challenge them to grow and improve. My swimmer is doing well and enjoys attending class once a week. I would recommend SafeSplash to anyone who wants to learn to swim or has a child interested in swimming.

Took my son to the Bronx location for the 1st time this past Saturday, and he loved it. Noelle, his instructor, is super patient and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

They deserve zero stars. The amount of canceled classes is ridiculous. My daughters haven’t had a class in a month. Yet they quick to deduct the fees. They offer make up tokens and they have no classes available, you have to choose a lower level just to cover the make up. They do not return your calls, I’m not sure how long this location is gonna last. Save your money go somewhere else.

If I could go back in time, I would absolutely not enroll here. It's unfortunate that this is one of the only swim schools in the neighborhood. I urge you to listen to the reviews and go somewhere that you will actually learn how to swim. They cancel classes the morning of FREQUENTLY. it is extremely difficult to reschedule. They are difficult to get refunds from as well even though they don't provide the best customer experience. It was a waste of money and time. I have several friends that have had the same experience. They honestly do not know how to run a good business and would be better off putting their efforts elsewhere.
