What are people saying (AI review summary)? Saxon Woods Pool is generally well-regarded for its clean, safe, and spacious pool areas with various levels and water attractions suitable for all ages, including a separate water park for children. Positive aspects include ample lifeguards, shaded areas, and additional amenities like mini-golf and a playground. While some found the snack bar good, others noted poor food quality despite fair prices. However, a major recurring criticism is the consistently poor cleanliness and maintenance of the showers, restrooms, and changing facilities, with reports of dirtiness, unkempt toilets, and unsanitary conditions throughout the day. Concerns were also raised about staff management, particularly a perceived lack of adult supervision and inadequate handling of weather-related closures, leading to frustration and no refunds. One reviewer also noted the water being extremely cold.

I used to go here when I was a little kid, so this year we decided to get the pool pass... It's very clean and very safe. Plenty of areas foreshade and to be away from the kiddie area. It's a great spot for the little ones. They have a separate water park area for them. Plenty of lifeguards and a great snack bar.
I went to the pool on 7/29. I went into the shower area around 2 pm and the showers and the toilet areas were the dirtiest yet! Can an attendant be hired to remove the hair and debris from the shower floors and to sweep and empty trash in the toilet area. Pool area very well mainatined. Lifeguards appeared courteous and professional. PLEASE maintain showers and toilet/changing areas.
Saxon woods is great place for family. Nice and spacious pool. Good food and snacks available to purchase. Also this place offer a mini golf and a great playground for kids all ages. Have been here many times.
Great pool with different levels which is welcoming to all ages. There are water attractions perfect for children and adults alike. The water was extremely cold which took some time to get use to. There is a snack bar which seems fairly busy, however the food quality is super poor from what we ordered. The prices are fare nonetheless. The restrooms are fairly clean but not kept up throughout the day. There were unkept toilets with bodily fluids all over and around. The baby changing table is sturdy but super dirty. There are stall for changing, separate from the showers and messy restrooms. The fee to enter without a park pass is $15 per adult. The park pass is $90 for 3 years.
Nice pool, young staff & seemed like no adults working there or anyone in charge. Don't go here if it's even a slight chance of rain because we were only there for an hour when they made everyone leave the pool & wait outside the gates. After about 30 minutes of waiting for a supposed storm. We were told we would have to wait another hour. I tried to get out $30 back but they said they would have to give everyone $ back. Kids were crying, no direction. No one in charge
