This hotel is a hidden gem. I love the food and beverage team. The manager Megan was so very friendly out going and eager to please her guest. Great small meals cooked to order. The bartender Andres was amazing and very friendly as well easy to talk to and make sure you got what you wanted how you wanted it. The bar with the open doors to the pool was great one of my favorite things. I will miss this place and I will return with my grandchildren someday.

Perfect for extended stays and especially families. Lots to do on site, but still close to all the parks you come to Orlando to enjoy. Maintenance is prompt. Matt Richardson took care of a minor issue with a ceiling fan quickly. No intrusion of people coming in and out of your room daily. Just call to get trash pickup or fresh towels. Easy!

The room and facilities were nice and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The main bedroom was a bit small and the commons room/den had limited seating. What made the stay awesome was the location and the view. The view from all 3 rooms was facing Icon Park and was beautiful!

Rooms are very well designed. Hotel is clean and tidy. Customer service is excellent. Marlyn at the front desk is helpful and patient, always smiling and friendly. Best hotel in Orlando at a reasonable price.

Laundry set sounds like it seen better days. Guest toilet is set against the wall with toilet paper roll in the way of your knee. Someone rushed the paint on the window seals. Overall, satisfied. The view and amenities made up for it I guess.
