We absolutely loved the park. It was an experience that we will repeat on our next visit to Florida. Everyone was friendly and courteous specially Ms. Marta from the entrance vending cart who was very helpful and really good to my grandkids. Aside from great interaction with the kids she gave us directions to good and accessible seating aside from information on the food places for the kids. Overall, this park is awesome and we loved it. The Volcano is very impressive and the kids loved the wave pool as much as they loved the kids area.

We had a great experience at Volcano Bay. After a rocky start at Universal this was the perfect ending to our 4 day park experience. I love the watch they give you for the rides (something I feel the rest of the parks should implement). It gives you the chance to actually enjoy the rest of the park while waiting for the rides with the long waits to buzz us to get in line. Loved it! The rides were fun and there was something for everyone. Area for the kids, rides for the thrill seekers, rides for those a little scarier than others, and the 2 rivers were great. The kids loved the wave pool and summoning the waves. A few negatives....the price of cabanas were ridiculous $900. I was expecting it to be more expensive than others parks, but $900 is just outrageous. There was not enough umbrellas sit under, so if you didn't pay the absorbent fee for cabanas or private seating you were in the hot sun all-day. They really need more maps around of how to navigate the park. Getting back to your spot could prove to be difficult at times. Other than that we had a great time and would return.

We've been to a lot of water parks but this is hands down probably the best one so far. When you arrive, you get a watch that you can tap to put yourself in a virtual queue for certain rides while you do other things. There are tons of slides and other rides, as well as 2 rivers (fast and slow) and plenty of beach areas to relax on in between rides. Locker rentals were $20. Bring your own towel and other necessary water park items because unfortunately towel rentals are $7 for the day. Arrive early because it gets busy fast. We went on a Friday in August right at opening time and were able to go on most of the attractions prior to the daily afternoon Florida storm shutting everything down. We had an amazing time!

From the moment we arrived at Volcano Bay, we felt like we had stepped into another world! The park’s design is stunning, filled with tropical colors, lush scenery, and relaxing music that sets the perfect mood. Everything was well-organized from the moment we entered until the end of the day. Attractions & Activities: The water rides here are incredibly diverse, ranging from thrilling high-speed slides for adrenaline seekers to lazy rivers and large pools perfect for families. My kids had a blast in the children’s area, which was safe, clean, and well-supervised by attentive staff. My spouse and I tried the massive slide that goes down from inside the volcano — an unforgettable experience! Cleanliness & Services: The park is spotless everywhere you go, and the restrooms are clean and well-equipped. Sun loungers and umbrellas are neatly arranged, making it easy to relax between activities. The TapuTapu system was brilliant — no need to stand in long lines, and everything felt smooth and convenient. Food & Drinks: Plenty of dining options with reasonable prices for a tourist location. We tried some quick bites and refreshing cold drinks, which were perfect after hours of fun in the water. Extra Services – Cabana Rental: We rented a cabana during our visit. While it was comfortable and provided shade and privacy, the rental price felt a bit high compared to the services and amenities offered. Overall Atmosphere: The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The overall vibe of the park was full of joy and laughter. Even with the crowds, everything was so well-organized that it never felt overwhelming. Note: The only downside was that it took us over an hour to get from the park exit to the parking lot due to heavy congestion. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future to make the end of the day as smooth as the rest of the experience. Conclusion: Our day at Volcano Bay was one of the highlights of our Orlando trip. I highly recommend dedicating a full day to enjoy everything the park has to offer and arriving early to make the most of it. Perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a mix of fun and relaxation. We will definitely be back!

We had a great day at Volcano Bay with the family! I highly recommend arriving early to get good seating. There are plenty of nice spots to eat and enjoy drinks. The lines weren’t too long, so we got to enjoy many attractions without waiting too much. Overall, a fun and relaxing experience!
